With over 10 years’ project management experience, Spencer has a keen eye for making sure all jobs stay on track – a challenge he relishes within the fast-paced Motorsport industry. When he’s not in the factory managing the day to day running of the SXL division, Spencer can be found out on the road visiting both existing and new potential customers. Meeting Spencer, you’ll intuitively know that your project is in safe hands.

Outside of work, Spencer is an avid Tottenham fan and tries to attend as many home games as time allows.

David founded The Shearline Group and has over 50 years of experience within the business and the wider precision engineering industry.

He is currently supporting the company as Managing Director, working closely with the leadership team across the Group.

David has played a central role in shaping the company’s development and brings a deep understanding of its operations, customers and industry.

Outside of work, David enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

With a background in the medical device industry, Klaudia joined Shearline’s Senior Leadership Team in 2025 and now oversees the operations within the Quality Department across The Shearline Group. Klaudia is a dynamic and results-driven Quality Manager who is committed to delivering high-quality solutions that drive both operational excellence and environmental responsibility.

Away from the office, Klaudia is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys the gym, badminton, and walking. She is a keen cook and baker, is fascinated by psychology and the people around her, and to top her already impressive list of interests, in her spare time, Klaudia also plays the drums!

Caitlin has been managing key customer accounts at The Shearline Group since 2017; with an eye for detail and exceptional memory, she knows her customer requirements inside out.
A key link between production and the customer, Caitlin ensures both parties are always kept in the loop.

Outside of work, Caitlin’s energetic dog keeps her busy and she also enjoys going to the theatre.

Barbara brings over 40 years of experience in finance, including 20 years within the medical device industry. She is focused on delivering accurate and timely reporting to support decision-making across the business and for all stakeholders. Barbara enjoys the varied nature of her role at The Shearline Group, where no two days are ever the same.

Outside of work, Barbara enjoys interior design, swimming, canoeing and spending valuable time with family and friends.
